To return an item to our company, please follow the steps below:
1. Email us at cs@delmarintl.ca to obtain a RMA number
2. Repack the item in its original box, if you have thrown the box, then you can repack it in any brown box.
3. Please write the order number, and your full name and address in a piece of paper and include that along with the item
4. Please send the return via UPS, USPS or any other traceable method, be sure to insure the package for the amount you paid for the item.
